Phone in your orders 6 days a week-Monday through Friday, 7:00a.m. to midnight
and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time!

When you call in an order, please have the following information handy:

1. Your distributor's A.D.A.number and last name:2875635x , Engle
2. Your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ATM information.
3. Complete shipping Address.
4. The stock number of products, and price. If your wish the accuracy
of you order, please provide the total cost plus tax.

note:When shipping in the within the 48 States in the USA, shipping
cost are determined as follows:
1. Add all designated shipping charges.
2. Add the retail price, the multiply that figure by 7%.
3. Add a $1.95 non-refundable processing fee.
